Who it is for
If your team supports multiple job seekers — whether you guide candidates one-to-one, run a cohort, place dozens at a time, or represent a bench of consultants to clients — Rolemore for Teams gives each member the same workflow without sharing logins or copying files.
Help every consultant prepare candidates with role-specific CVs and pitches. Each recruiter manages their own pipeline; no shared files, no inboxes full of attachments.
Give each coach a workspace to support their clients without exporting profiles to spreadsheets. Coaching stays personal; the tool standardises the document layer.
Hand every graduate a tool they can keep using after the program ends. Career-services staff can support batches without becoming a CV editing bottleneck.
Equip career-services teams to support students preparing for the first job market step. Each adviser works under one institutional plan.
Give consultants supporting transitioning employees a way to produce role-targeted documents quickly, without each person learning a new tool from scratch.
Help employees moving into new internal roles position their existing experience for the role they want next — using their own profile, not a shared template.
Keep your whole bench client-ready. Your company owns each consultant's CV, and a manager tailors and generates it for every client pitch — so your experts stay billable and focused on delivery, not document formatting.
Features
Two ways to run a team. In a shared workspace, each member keeps full ownership of their own profile and documents. In managed-consultant mode, a manager maintains and generates a company-owned CV on the consultant's behalf. Pick whichever fits — or use both.
Every team member has their own master profile and document history. Members own their work; admins manage the team.
No monthly package counter for team plans. Each member can generate as many tailored documents as they need.
One invoice for the whole team. Add or remove seats and Stripe handles proration automatically on the next billing cycle.
Owner, admin, and member roles. Admins can invite teammates; only owners can change billing and transfer ownership.
Invite teammates by email. Each invitation is a one-time, expiring token — there are no shared signup links to leak.
Members cannot read each other's documents or profiles. Team membership is metadata only, enforced at the database row level.
Add a manager role that can create, edit, and generate client-tailored CVs for company-owned consultant profiles, and link each one to its employee. Personal member documents stay private — only company-owned profiles are shared.
How it works
Sign up, create the team workspace, and become its owner. You can rename it or transfer ownership later from the team settings.
Pick the number of seats and complete checkout in Stripe. Billing is per-seat per month; you can add or remove seats anytime.
Send invitations from the team dashboard. Each invitee creates their own account, builds their own profile, and starts generating documents.
Skip the per-member invites: a manager creates a company-owned consultant profile, optionally links an employee, and generates client-tailored CVs on their behalf — all from the team dashboard.
Team pricing
No per-document fees, no overage charges. Each active seat gets unlimited document generation and full access to every feature.

FAQ
No. Every member signs up with their own email and password. Sharing a single login would defeat the per-member profile model — and prevent any meaningful access control.
Personal member profiles and documents stay private — enforced at the database row level, so admins and managers can't read them. The one exception is by design: company-owned consultant profiles in managed mode, which a manager maintains on the company's behalf. Those are separate records from members' personal data.
Yes — that's managed-consultant mode. A manager role can create company-owned consultant profiles, edit them, and generate client-tailored CVs on each consultant's behalf, then link a profile to its employee whenever you're ready. Your consultants stay focused on delivery while their CVs stay client-ready.
The member loses access to team-granted unlimited generation immediately. Their profile and documents remain in their personal account — Rolemore does not delete user data when a membership ends.
You are billed monthly per active seat. Adding a seat is prorated to the rest of the current billing period; removing a seat takes effect at the next renewal.
Yes. If a member already had a Pro or Consultant subscription, joining a team adds team entitlement on top. The team plan takes priority while the team subscription is active.
There is no time-limited team trial today. Every account can use the free individual plan to evaluate Rolemore before subscribing the team — contact sales if you need a proof of concept.
If the team subscription becomes past_due or canceled, members lose team-granted generation but keep all of their profile data. They can continue on the free individual plan.
