Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Rolemore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Domware Oy (Business ID: 3468681-4), the operator of Rolemore.

Rolemore is an AI-assisted career document platform that generates role-specific CVs, cover letters, and recruiter messages based on the career profile you provide.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Rolemore.

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@rolemore.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may use Rolemore only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service to generate content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or in breach of any third party's rights.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise circumvent the platform's technical measures.

You must not use the service to submit fraudulent job applications or to misrepresent your qualifications to potential employers.

The Rolemore platform, including its code, design, and brand assets, is owned by Domware Oy and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Documents generated for you using your profile data are yours. You retain all rights to the CV content, cover letters, and messages produced by the service.

By uploading profile data, you grant Domware Oy a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely to provide the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the remaining period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice communicated via email or in-app notification.

Rolemore is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated documents will be accepted by any particular employer.

AI-generated content reflects the data you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all generated documents before submitting them in a job application.

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish and EU law, Domware Oy's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of employment opportunities.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the District Court of North Karelia (Pohjois-Karjalan käräjäoikeus) as the court of first instance.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
